The next step is integrating this device with a Web-based Maternal monitoring system. Village midwives and health professionals will control this system in the Public Health Care (PHC), the objective is to facilitate regular monitoring and reporting of fetal health for pregnant women, families, and healthcare professionals. It will strengthen the healthcare system and accelerate the reduction of fetal and mother death rates. This project also focuses on researching health technology usage by pregnant women and families in disadvantaged regions of Indonesia and immigrant refugees in Australia.
