Research summary | This project develops “MyINDAH Diet” to contribute to the Indonesian society’s healthy and sustainable diets and food security, aided by digital innovations. It leverages our existing KONEKSI project on food system resilience and a partnership between Indonesian and Australian universities, government and non-government organisations. In line with Indonesia’s Digital Vision 2045, the project integrates cutting-edge technologies including digital nutritional profiling, supply chain analytics, climate and system dynamics modelling and the “MyINDAH Diet” digital platform, with capacity building and stakeholder and community engagement to deepen our understanding of gender-sensitive local dietary needs and environmental challenges. |
