Digital Transformation in Health, Energy, and Food Security, including Blue Economy
Grant Announcement
Introduction
KONEKSI is pleased to announce the selected research projects for the Australia-Indonesia Collaborative Research Grants 2023-24: Digital Transformation. Both Australia and Indonesia are at critical stages in the development, adoption, and application of digital technologies and systems. Across industries, government, and the not-for-profit sector in both nations, active exploration is underway of the infrastructure, services, products, and policy frameworks necessary to harness the benefits and mitigate the negative impacts of digital transformation. Both countries are well-positioned to collaborate on research that addresses these needs, supporting the equitable and sustainable design, adoption, and use of digital technologies and systems for a better future.
In this grant round, CFP: Digital Transformation 2023-24, KONEKSI is funding research on technologies, system infrastructure, user capability, and data that can support digital transformation for a more sustainable and equitable society. Selected proposals focus on three key areas of digital transformation: healthcare, food systems, and energy efficiency.
The selected knowledge partnerships were chosen through an independent and academically rigorous peer review process. The grantees are recognised for their excellence and commitment to partnership equity, impactful policy, and innovation. These projects exemplify the collaborative spirit and multidisciplinary approaches essential for advancing inclusive policy and practical solutions.
