Research summary | The collaboration in KONEKSI provides a promising, practical, and sustainable development of a fall risk mitigation system for Australia and Indonesia. The University of Wollongong (UOW) and Telkom University (Tel-U) benefit from mutual support and information exchange to assess the system usage in both countries for their unique elderly demography. Specifically, Tel-U gains a huge support fund to develop a fall risk mitigation system. On the other hand, UOW, specializing in data analysis with deep learning algorithms, would benefit from having both the fund and the more diverse dataset for training an accurate system. |
