| Research summary | This research is aimed at answering whether improved agricultural technologies and increased farmer productivity can reduce harmful environmental externalities, such as deforestation, fire, and pollution. Using mixed methods, the project will prepare the long-term research by undertaking interviews, pilot testing, and extensive stakeholder engagement. The outcomes of this project will be a framework for understanding the relationship between agricultural technologies and reduction of environmental harm to promote agricultural productivity. |
